Cancellation /fee Policy
Cancellations  with less than 24 hour notice via written or verbal contract will require 1/2 hr submission upon receiving photos of 25.00. This is in effect as of June 1st 2006. Myspace users having sent agreement via email or aim are also included in the cancellation policy. Any deposits sent in in excess of the specified deposit amount will be lost and not refunded. Photoshoots may extend longer than scheduled or paid. the portions extended beyond the paid/scheduled time are expected upon release of the photographs. NO refunds are ever given.  Any photos taken are the property of personal touch photography and credit must be given unless otherwise specified.
Wedding Cancellation: In the event of an unlikely cancelation, within 90 days and beyond the retainer is  lost no additional charges filled less than 90 days, 25% of the total amount is required to be paid Less than 30 days 100% of the final charge will be required. All final charges include, additional time, packages, additional features plus a 30/hr consultation fee is applied  for any time in meetings, phone calls etc. Any engagement shoot included in the shoot will be billed at the current rate applied on the price list. Any disputes will be handled within Volusia county as the home residing court system over the licensed business.
